Gammalt hotell med viss charm

Gammalt hotell i behov av uppfräschning. Sängarna svajiga och de flesta rum vätter ut motett atrium, så inga fönster i dessa rum.Mycket enkel frukost. Positivt med en terass.

Achei que o Gran Hotel Hispano atendeu minhas expectativas. A localização é excelente, próximo a muitos pontos turísticos relevantes, ao lado de uma estação de metrô e de fácil acesso á taxis, uber, etc. O prédio é bastante antigo e com arquitetura muito bonita, porém,não aconselho para pessoas com problemas de alergia ou rinites, pois o piso das acomodações é, parte tacos de madeira (que rangem bastante) e parte em carpete, além de cortinas de tecido e papeis de parede (antigos). Os quartos são simples, o wifi é um pouco fraco, a limpeza é bastante satisfatória, os funcionários são gentis e competentes. Não gostei do café da manhã, um copo pequeno de suco de laranja, café(com ou sem leite), uma torrada e duas medialunas (croissant). Não tinha nenhuma proteína (ovos, queijo, presunto) ou frutas. A acústica do quarto onde fiquei era muito ruim. Cheguei a acordar com o despertador do Smartfone do hóspede vizinho. Dava para ouvir toda movimentação do refeitório e dos outros hóspedes no corredor. No geral, gostei do hotel, voltaria a me hospedar nele e indico como opção para quem não quer gastar muito e não se incomoda com o que relatei acima.

It is a nice apart hotel located in Santiago Center close to the most important points in Santiago, such Palacio de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas, etc. It is a safe place and the apartment conditions are excellent. The owner, Mr Jaime, is very friendly and takes care of you since you show up at the hotel. He is also pending to whatever you may need during your visit. Price is also very affordable.

Pior hotel de Buenos Aires. Não se enganem!!

O hotel estava muito sujo e empoeirado. A cama tinha buracos que impossibilitavam um bom sono. o banheiro não tinha box e ficava todo molhado ao fim de um banho. O frigobar estava queimado e não havia água para beber. O "ar condicionado central" não funcionava. O wi-fi não funcionava. Ao ser questionado sobre todos os problemas o dono do hotel se limitou a dizer que não ia fazer a devolução do valor da reserva. Este hotel parece um filme de terror e quase estragou minhas férias. Detalhe: não há fotos do quarto do hotel disponibilizadas no site para não afastar possíveis hóspedes.Tive que ligar pra hoteis.com e reservar um outro hotel no mesmo dia.

Einfach nur toll!

Perfekte Lage, super freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunft hat viel Charme, man darf kein Luxus erwarten, aber alles sehr sauber. Frühstück klein aber fein. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, ich würde wieder buchen.

Super value for the price. This is a very unique, comfortable, well kept up older hotel that is within close walking distance to everything in the city center, including bus and subway. Do not stay if you expect luxury.

Clean, cheap and charming.

Nice experience. I was there for two nights. I came from Patagonia with a very bad food poisoning, they called a Doctor for me free of charge!!! I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

A boa localização é a principal vantagem

Hotel antigo e simples, porém muito bem localizado bem ao lado do Café Tortoni e estação de metrô. Ao olhar de fora não se pode imaginar a área interna que, embora antiga, está conservada e é bem agradável. Funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã com poucos itens, porém pelo valor da estadia está satisfatório. O wi-fi não funcionava muito bem dentro dos quartos portanto esse é um ponto de melhoria. Limpeza adequada, principalmente do banheiro. Fiquei satisfeita pelo custo-benefício.

2泊しました。 中心部にあって、観光に便利な場所にあります。 客室はコンパクトですが、快適に過ごせました。 ただ、上に上がる階段が狭く、エレベーターも旧式なので、荷物が多いと上り下りが大変だと思います。

A experiência foi excelente. O hotel parece antigo e pitoresco e as acomodações são bem simples e podem assustar o viajante acostumado com os padrões das grandes redes de hotel. Todavia, o ambiente é único, belíssimo e todos os funcionários, desde recepção, à administração e limpeza foram super gentis e cordiais. O café da manhã é pouco variado (apenas opções de pães), porém delicioso. Não é muito acessível para quem tem problemas de locomoção, pois para chegar à recepção, deve-se subir uns lances de escada. Porém, certamente recomendo esse hotel, foi uma agradável surpresa.
