Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, trampoline. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 8 km, rocky beach 8 km.
