The Howling Wolf is a towering getaway with a great view of the National forest. At this two bedroom, two bath cabin located on the end of a col-de-sac with forestry as your back yard, you'll enjoy some peace while still being close to everything Hochatown has to offer.

The Space:
The cabin offers a two story view of the woods from the large living room windows, inviting the outside to the inside. For your enjoyment the cabin also comes with a covered hot tub, arcade space, fire pit, Wi-Fi and TV for your streaming pleasure. A full, modern kitchen and propane grill will be perfect way to enjoy a meal. The cabin has a queen bed downstairs and a king master with attached bathroom upstairs. It provides an oversized walk-through shower. This cabin promises an unforgettable retreat amidst Oklahoma's natural beauty.

Nice place!

We stayed for the big archery challenge and it was the perfect relaxing get away. Nice outside area, grill, hot tub etc . Perfect for after a long day hiking through the lake area.

We had a great stay at this cabin. We loved the hot tub. The upstairs shower is cool also. We had no issues, and will book again! Great location and easy to get to.

Great place. Roads into the neighborhood need some work. Large ruts and wash outs. The house and amenities were great. Would stay again.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is beautiful, and we loved everything about our stay, including the hot tub, fire pit, and arcade games. However, the BBQ grill grate was rusted, so we couldn't cook our steak. Also, be sure to bring your own firewood

All you ever need!

Perfect little get away! Our group was ages 5 - 64. Howling Wolf was clean, comfortable and private. High points were chillin in the hot tub and making s'mores on the fire pit every night.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I spent part of the weekend with The Howling Wolf and we loved it!! We brought our puppy along and she thrived with all the trees and nature surrounding the area. Our hosts were absolutely wonder, they had music playing for when we arrived and had the hot tub preheating for us before we got there! We will definitely be telling our friends about this place and be coming back for ourselves in the future! Thank you sou much for making our trip amazing!

Great little cabin close to nearby POI's

This cabin is off the main road enough to not get a lot of noise, but it's close to restaurants and other things to do. We really liked that the taller, mostly windowed, side of this house faces the back toward the trees and fire pit area. The hot tub is a bit to the side of the house, but has curtains for privacy from the road leading to the driveway. This place worked great for us as a couple just wanting some time away.

Last minute getaway before school

We absolutely loved the uniqueness of this property. The back of the property was setup very nicely with the swings around the firepit. Our teenagers loved the hot tub and their room was nice and cozy, according to them. We enjoyed playing the different arcade games. The cabin was stocked with a lot of items needed for our stay. The location of the cabin was perfect and close to town.

We had a great time!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect! You’re secluded enough to enjoy your privacy, but close enough to town if you want to go out and about! We loved entering to the sound of the bedroom TV playing Halloween music and the diffuser pumping nice smells all around. We did have issues with the living room TV. It was really hard to get connected, and once we did, shows didn’t load, so we just stuck to watching movies in the bedrooms on the rainy days! Our pillows and some towels did have some marker looking stains, but overall pretty clean! We would definitely recommend. The host was very helpful and communicative with our questions.

Good potential, but filthy cabin

The cabin was cute and the location was convenient to Hochatown / Beavers Bend (~10 minutes to anything). Note: The road to the cabin is relatively washed away so you want some clearance with a SUV/Truck. The amenities were nice, the arcade was fun, Wi-Fi was good, and the firepit was nice. However the cabin was filthy upon arrival with hair everywhere on the queen bed, downstairs bathroom / bedroom storage. The kitchen was unclean with grime on the plates / cooking utensils and the outside grill looks like it has never been cleaned. The hot-tub is suppose to be refilled between guests, but we found long black hair in the tub when no one in our party had black hair. This property is nice and could be an amazing stay, but its hard to justify a return visit with how unclean it was. In defense of the owner though, once an issue with the sheets was brought to their attention the cleaning crew came out and fixed the issue, but still claimed the sheets were cleaned.

Great property in a not to busy area. The road getting to it is rough if your in a low car be carful but totally worth it. We would absolutely stay here again.
