If you like quiet, unpretentious living then this accommodation is for you.
This 2 bedroom, air-conditioned, large apartment (1200 ft² /110 m²) is located in the village of Britannia Beach, only 45 minutes driving distance away from downtown Vancouver. Stay close to everything what the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast.

The apartment includes spacious dining and living area, with a superb view of the Howe Sound and the mountain at the other side of the water. As a bonus, you can bask in the sun at the outside deck, or even have your all meals there. Both bedrooms have their own, separate full washrooms. Sleeping arrangement is for 6 people.

Free local phone calls and high speed internet are provided. Ample parking in front of the house and at the street.

You will be living in a vintage, air-conditioned, house in a quiet and charming neighbourhood at about 50% discount of the prices of the Vancouver metropolis.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Hard to leave the deck and get on with your day

Our family really enjoyed their stay. The view is incredible and the deck is large and comfortable. We sat outside with our coffee in hand wishing we had more time. We even did yoga on the deck one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

View to die for

As the photos show, the view from this property is stunning. The location is great for being safe, quiet and close to Squamish. The unit itself shares a foyer with another tenant and knowing when to lock the front door was a little confusing. The house is older and could use a deep cleaning. It has a deep bathtub but not enough hot water to make it usable. The door to the deck is not working. There were more personal items around the unit than there should be, including used hairbrushes. That view, though, was incredible.
