We had a lovely stay at Number 12. Peter is an excellent host. We had everything we needed. We had a late check in and Peter had the key out for us so we were able to get in no problem. There is free street parking available right in front of the house. The interior is beautifully decorated and is a lovely example of an old Queenslander home. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. It has all the amenities you need from hair dryer to tea. Breakfast was delicious and is included. When we stayed there was a cereal bar with homemade granola, pastries, coffee and tea, fresh orange juice, and a hot breakfast with eggs prepared how you want them. We ate on the back veranda overlooking the garden. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat when in Brisbane! It’s a unique house and one of a kind experience!

House with characters in a very nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants. Hoses are very nice people and super friendly. Good options of breakfast - I loved the fruit salad and home made muesli.

The ambience was amazing and our host Peter and Eve were very friendly, made us feel most welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. Cannot say that there was anything we were unhappy about.
