I picked up the keys from the locked Letterbox. All the keys were identical meaning that anyone from the other apartments could have opened the door to my apartment at any time. there was no deadlock or other security feature on the inside of my door. I was staying there with young children.

Criminally mismanaged - no fire compliance/cleaner
Absolutely HORRENDOUS!!! Do not stay here, it’s a dodgy sub-let managed by an overseas third party, not a real accommodation business. There is no customer service or support. The place is filthy and falling apart, none of the appliances work and there if NO SMOKE ALARM! Which is obviously illegal.
