The location is perfect. There's a popular sledding hill just a few minute's walk from the back door. A few buses stop right in front of the property, including one that goes down main street and one that takes you up to the Peak 9 lift. If you can get a spot in the parking garage (which we were able to each of the three nights we stayed - quite a few empty spaces), it's just a few steps to the front door, so really easy to bring luggage in and out of the car. We ended up not using it, but the coin/card laundry is also just a few steps away from the door. All in all, everything was really convenient.A few other things to note - the fireplace wasn't working for us, but the regular heat was so warm we didn't really need to us it. The kitchen was quite clean and well stocked with pots, pans, and cutlery. But if you're planning to do your own cooking, we'd recommend bringing a few disposable things like your own saran wrap, dish sponge, etc. We've only stayed at a few other vrbo's, but this was definitely our favorite, and we'd stay here again for sure.

Great little place
Very Convenient and quiet location! Please make sure Vacasa verifies building access code before arrival.
Nice place...bus stop right outside or they can come put you up and take you to the mtn to ski. Close to town so you can walk to resturaunts and shopping.
Great for family of 5 with small children. Perfect location, walking distance to Main St. and Peak 9. Blue Bus stop is right outside the apt which takes you anywhere in town. Sledding park outback the apt for free. Do ask for more coffee filters if you want to have a cup in the afternoon, we were only given the exact amount of mornings of the stay. Also, turn the thermostat all the way to the left if you don’t want the apt burning hot during the winter. We will definitely stay here again.

Not maintained well
Rented condo as a last minute decision for a quick ski vacation. Arrived to a condo with a fireplace not working, a dishwasher out of order, and drapes at the sliding balcony door falling down when you tried to open the sliding door- which was not easy to do. Latch needs to be replaced. Dishwasher issue was not that big of a deal because there were only 2 plates to use! (Luckily there were some paper plates left behind. ). Pull out couch was one of the most uncomfortable beds ever invented. No instructions on how to use any of the 4 remote controls left out. No information on how best to get to town or slopes. Probably because the shuttle service ( blue line) was iffy at best.

Large clean condo with great location!
Very nice updated condo, it was really warm in there but opening the windows helped and they have a box fan. Condo has all the amenities you will need,
We enjoyed our short stay in Breckinridge at the Atrium. The condo did have a few issues like unable to open the sliding glass doors but we worked around them. Great location to several trails and downtown.
First, the property was clean. I read reviews where they mentioned the carpet was disgusting. I only noticed normally wear and tear of the carpet. We were pleased!
The condo is in a great location. We walked to everything and enjoyed our stay.
The only things that could use some attention are the bathroom sink and shower. The drainage wasn’t so great, but functional. We made the best of it.
Check in/out was a seamless process. We didn’t experience any of the things other reviews mentioned.
Lastly, the condo stayed extremely hot. With that being said, it’s definitely not a bad thing for winter months, but summer yes. A ceiling fan or two would be a great addition to the unit. We just kept the windows open.
Overall, the property is a must stay. Even if none of the things I mentioned are modified, we would still stay again.

Great place!
Location was fantastic - walk to the lifts or take the bus depending on your preference. Place was extremely clean and spacious - garage parking was also a huge plus. Only 2 things preventing a 5 star review: 1) dishwasher did not work and had a sign on it stating this from when we entered. 2) unit is on the ground floor and we could hear every move the people above us made all night (walking, kids jumping, toilets flushing, etc). All that said, we would stay again and recommend it.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Eh
The property was in a great location and had a nice deck. It really did look clean when we arrived, but after getting settled in the dust that was clearly in the place really got to both of our allergies. The selling point of the property for us was the fireplace which did not work, and when we tried to communicate with the staff about fixing it they didn’t respond. We also tried to contact the staff when we first arrived about where we could put our bags while we waited for check in and did not get a response until we were already checked out. One of the smoke alarm batteries was dying and since it was impossible to get a hold of any staff we had to un plug it because it wouldn’t stop beeping. Definitely not what we expected out of this place as it looked really nice online.

Loved it
Big bathroom, full size kitchen, plenty of dishes, lots of extra pillows and blankets, box fan. Big glass doors to walk out patio. Right by sled hill. We had our 4 kids, we loved it. Ours was right by garage and laundry room, easy unloading. Would definitely stay again.
This condo is in an AMAZING location! However, we had issues talking with the property management. Cars had parking permits on them. We weren't left any and when we called the property management they couldn't help us either. Also the dishwasher didn't work the whole stay. I called multiple times and no one was able to help us. With 3 kids ages 5, 3, and 1, we definitely use a lot of dishes. Standing over the kitchen sink doing dishes by hand was not what this mom was hoping to include in my vacation. The disposal also didn't work and we received no assistance on getting that fixed so it was a mess. The condo itself was nice but to have to deal with stuff like that with no help whatsoever from the rental property/agency/owners deters me from booking this facility again.
Spacious condo for a quick ski trip. Walking distance of Ski Village and Main Street.

We loved the location, and loved opening the sliding glass doors to the little deck; It was so pleasant sitting out with coffee in the morning. We would definitely like to return!
Cute and cozy and a good walking workout for these seniors! But it was good!

Nice Property, easy walk to town.
Clean Property, easy access to town. Wydam staff were very helpful. The only issue is that the parking garage roof is low and eats unsuspecting ski racks!
