Beautiful 4,100 square foot mountain home mere minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Amazing views of the Ten Mile range including the ski mountain. Located in the Highlands at Breckenridge: hike or bike the flume trails system from the front door, quick drive to Breckenridge ski area, golf/cross country skiing, fishing, and more. Base camp for all of your outdoor Colorado adventures! The perfect getaway any time of the year. Sleeps 14, all in beds (maximum of 10 adults). Plenty of room for your whole crew with 3 king bedrooms including in-suite baths and 2 bunk-rooms: one with twin/twin and twin/queen bunkbeds and one with queen/queen bunkbed. All furniture in lower level bedrooms and in the main master is new and custom made by Cleveland Creek Log and Lodge Furniture. Two living spaces with large TVs and gas fireplaces. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard in the lower level. Curl up with a book in the cozy loft. Gather your crew around the large dining table. Relax and take in the amazing views from several windows or step outside to breathe in the fresh air while you relax on the deck or in the hot tub. In-floor radiant heat throughout will keep your feet toasty in the winter. Perfect for a couples getaway, multi family or multi generational vacation. Sorry, no guys weekends or events.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put housekeys in bowl in the kitchen, lock front door using the key in the box you used to enter the house.
Turn all thermostats to 65 degrees
With the trash, just put it in the appropriate bin in the garage, do not take to curb! Note: no glass in the recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Sorry, but no guys trips are allowed at the house. We have had a difficult time with property damage from these groups in the past. Photo ID required.
Booking Christmas or New Years? Christmas stays must end on or before Dec 28. New Years stays must begin on or after Dec 28. 5 nt. min. each holiday.
