The Space:
This beautifully presented two-bedroom home features two en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master bedroom is a serene retreat with a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers full-sized twin bunks, ideal for friends or children. Parking is a breeze with a private drive for one car.
Inside, the heart of the home is the large, fully-equipped kitchen, fitted with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, making your stay as comfortable as it is memorable. A sunny dining room and utility space provide ample room for entertaining and practicality.
After a day riding the waves or exploring the rugged coastline, rinse off in the convenient outside shower. We also offer a secure area to store your surfboards and a specially designed wetsuit drying area, catering to the needs of surf enthusiasts and beachgoers. Our bungalow is more than just a place to stay—it's a space designed for the ultimate holiday experience, where every detail is crafted for your comfort and enjoyment.

Getting Around:
There are several options for getting around in and around Braunton:
By car: Having a car is the most convenient way to explore North Devon and surrounding areas. Free parking is available on the drive and many local attractions and towns can be reached within a short drive.
On foot: Braunton is a small village, and many of the local attractions can be reached on foot.
By Bicycle: Cycling is a popular way to explore North Devon, and several local companies offer bike rentals or we have plenty of space to store your own. The village has a cycle hire scheme that allows you to rent a bike for a small fee.
By public transport: There are regular bus services that run from Brauntonk to nearby towns such as Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. The nearest train station is in Barnstaple, which has regular services to London, Bristol, and other major cities.
Overall, while having a car is the most convenient option, there are plenty of other ways to explore the area and get around without one.
Other Things to Note:
We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay:
🕓 Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, but is not guaranteed.
🧍♂️ The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification.
🚫 No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting, and we ask all guests to respect that.
🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
🐾 Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture.
✨ No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
🔑 Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
