Que Sera is a very nice house. It’s not the most child friendly house with the stairs inside and outside and sharp cornered benchtop. But quiet peaceful area with lots of greenery.
A beautiful setting which was very peaceful with large gardens. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. A lovely holiday. Thank you.
Great house, old and worn, but great for families. However studio needs to have heating, absolutely freezing down there. unable to warm it up.
Beautiful location.

Great house, checkin could be earlier, communication was excellent. Outdoor deck is in need of repair but this did not affect our stay. Ample parking, overall everything was great! Thank you.

The accommodation is in a great position close to town It was raining when we arrived there is no fully covered area to retrieve the keys The paved path has an O H S problem not flat There also is not enough veranda to cover when trying to open the front door in the rain the swelling of the door when pushing it open is really hard and is damaging the door The only thing clean was the bedsThe kitchen draws are dirty with crumbs The carpet needs changing in the bedroom it’s thread bareThere was blowfly’s on the window sill Cupboards in bathrooms are all buckled at the bottom There is a broken slat on the back veranda and is covered by a table. The furniture is dirty and lounge is ripped The pictures don’t look like the house Please give the cleaning lady an extra hour or two to give the house a good clean and move furniture to vacuum under and vacuum the skirting boards
For the cost per night we expected the property to be in better condition than it was. Kitchen and bathrooms are very tired and the overall upkeep could be better.
Our Daughter got married at Bendooley on the Friday and we all decided to stay as a big family for a few days after to enjoy the area; the accomodation was perfect with plenty of room for all to sleep.
The only addition that would have been great was for a stair gate at the top of the stairs in the lounge (but then I never thought to ask!)
Thank you for keeping us updated and letting us have an early check in.
Will definately be back.
We enjoyed our stay (May long weekend) and it was great to be able to have our dogs with us.
Pros: Lovely quiet location, we felt like we were in our own little forest; great heating & nice to have a fireplace; property is fully fenced so our dogs could enjoy the huge yard safely; it was great to have a covered deck to enjoy the fresh air & lovely garden; beds were super comfy & it was nice to have Sheridan towels.
Cons: For the price we paid we expected a modern kitchen & bathrooms - although fully functional they weren’t high spec and clearly need updating (we didn’t trust oven as it was very old, there were large patches of paint missing in the main bathroom & both toilets were old and stained - one wasn’t even dual flush). No face washers provided with the towels, and it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of bubbly waiting on arrival (as other places often do).
Overall had a lovely time and wish we’d had longer to enjoy the town & surrounds.

A Wonderful Experience
We loved this place. It was so suitable for our family (adults, teenagers and dog). The beds and linen were top quality, kitchen and cooking facilities excellent etc. The outdoor lounge setting is becoming dilapidated so could do with upgrading, by this did not affect our stay. We were here for four days and nights and loved every minute, particularly being close to town but still in a very peaceful location.
