The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, though they spoke little to no English. I'm okay with that as I'm in Panama and they speak Spanish. We were able to checkin without a problem and to communicate any needs we had. The staff was very accommodating on requests for more towels or water glasses or whatever.
There is a restaurant at the hotel which we the at a couple times. Limited menu but interesting. Some local dishes and some American fare that was all pretty good.
Spent one night........should have stayed more. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was huge. Setting the room aside, the facilities were open, spacious and well maintained. There is a very comfortable area adjacent to the restaurant with a fire place that was perfect for sipping wine and mingling with other guests. The food was excellent. The wine list was impressive. The staff was warm and hospitable. Excellent stay. I'd recommend it.

Nice faculty not far walking distance to the town center. The room itself that we had was very basic. No ac so if you leave the windows open there are workers walking by. Breakfast in your room is basic continental. The gym and fitness is great so I suspect you pay a bit of a premium for the room to have the spa and fitness. Yoga class @ 15$ I think is expensive for hotel guests. The hotel staff at reception was excellent.
We stayed in the "mariposa" suite which included kitchen facilities. Very clean. Attentive knowledgeable staff. Owner/manager personally came to our unit to inquire about a glitch with a Boquete tour operator.
REAL drinks at evening reception. REAL breakfast. We were 3 adults- parents with young adult son and the suite was perfect- enough room and privacy for all. From the moment that you step inside the gate to enter the Inn you are surrounded by birds, beauty and serenity. Great retreat after a busy day of hiking, etc. Staff provided maps and info which allowed us to go from Boquete to Volcan and Cerro Punto with ease. We look forward to a return visit. Excellent value.
