Very nice value hotel in a good location

Nice little hotel. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small but functional and comfortable. It’s a good location if you want to enjoy central Bochum. We would stay again if we were ever to return to this area.

Value for money - would visit again

Nice apartment, small for 3 people. We were at the first floor which is not ideal cuz the parking lot it literally outside our window, but overall the area felt safe and the building itself is new and modern, I'd go again. Location - good, 15min walk to the main train station and like 10 min walk to the city center, 5 min walk to the UBAHN station Value for money for sure,

We had booked the property for a full week. When we showed up, we went to our room and found it to be not at all what was advertised. It was basically a dorm room with a concrete floor, not the apartment that was advertised. We were not able to get parking for the full week. We decided to find alternative accommodation, despite the fact that the reservation was non-refundable, as we could not imagine staying there.

Overall very good

The room, the hotel, and the workers were all wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. The email that they sent only gave —-@—- as the contact email, so that was of no use.

Unterkunft war ok für den Städte Trip. Modern nüchtern eingerichtet hat man alles was man braucht. Under Zimmer war groß. Toll ist die kleine Küche und die große Dusche, Haartrockner gab’s leider nicht

Ich fand alles in allem gut. Bin auch das zweite Mal dort gewesen. Hatte diesmal jedoch kein gutes WLAN in meinem Zimmer letzte Mal schon. Auch dachte ich das eventuell Netflix geht da es auf der Fernbedienung abgebildet ist. Deshalb leider ein Stern weniger. Ansonsten prima :)

Die Apartments sind sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Nur das WLAN ist leider sehr schlecht und uns konnte vom Service auch keine Verbesserung gegeben werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Unterkunft scheint recht neu zu sein, alles wirkt modern und jung. Mein Zimmer warm zu bekommen war recht schwer, und die Umgebung ist nicht die beste. Gegenüber ist ein leckerer Griechischer Imbiss. Das Bett ist schön weich, perfekt für mich, aber vielleicht nicht für jeden geeignet.

Es hieß im Vorfeld, dass das Hotel genügend Parkplätze hätte und wir nicht reservieren müssten. Leider kamen wir mit Kind an und bekamen keinem Parkplatz. Außerdem war das Bett fürs Kind unter eine tief hängende Lampe gestellt. Das war nicht gut.

Leider alles sehr abgegriffen und Probleme bei der gesamten Sauberkeit: Fenster/Spiegel voller Flecken, Schmutz in den Ecken, Tische und. Oberflächen nich gewischt, keine Seife am Waschbecken… Leider, selbst für den sehr guten Preis, nur mittelmäßig.
