· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.

The apartment is very cozy, greatly located and equipped and all the coordination of our stay has been really professional. The hosts are very hospitable and answer questions quickly. It was worth every penny!

Fantastic Apartment and Ideal Location
This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and the apartment is a perfect temperature. It is ideal for a family – with adequate space and bedrooms to make any stay comfortable. The many beaches, market, shops and town are all easily accessible – most with a short walk. The apartment is managed by a local property manager – Vivalidays – who I must commend on their professionalism and service that was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this apartment.

très propre
grand ( 120 m2) avec 2 salles de bain
la terrasse est très agréable
machine à laver/ seche linge/ lave vaisselle : hyper pratique
plage à 5 min à pieds
les restaurant sur le ramblais sont tous très bons et propres
quartier calme et vue sur le port et la mer sont très très agréables
Le moins:
il manquerait juste une vraie cafetiere ( à filtre) car là il y a une cafetiere manuelle pour 1 ou 2 petites tasses max
Attention au parking public et bord de route : 5 h maximum , il faut aller payer fréquemment ( assez cher) , on ne pas depasser 24 h au même endroit sinon amende de 10€
le parcmètre peu pratique : Etapaes à faire: mettre d abord de l argent ou carte bancaire puis selectionner la duree
