The location is convenient for shopping. Our main purpose was to visit family. The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful and efficient. We only stayed one night. Our breakfast was added to the room price. The carpark charge of £10.00 was a surprise. The breakfast was buffet style with a nice variety of good quality items and plenty of additional options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. The young lady on Sunday breakast restaurant reception deserves a special mention she was very welcoming and professional.

A good hotel and location.

A good value hotel in an excellent central position. Pleasant interiors and clean. Ample parking £10 a night. I would have given a 5 star review as the pillows were flat and uncomfortable with no choice of alternatives. Bed was comfy though.

My room was very clean and comfortable with a good variety of teas and coffee. There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe if required. The hotel overall was spotless, or meals were fantastic, the braised beef was the best I've ever eaten! Staff were polite and extremely helpful. I would stay here again in a flash. Thank you

Hotel clean & in good condition, room spotless and comfortable check in very friendly and efficient( checked in an hour early and parking complimentary).We were on the breakfast & evening meal included,evening meal was 3 course with several choices per course, we had french onion soup and spicy breaded prawns (both of which were delicious)and we both chose a spicy jamaican pizza which was enormous and I dont think I have ever had as much topping on a pizza neither of us could finish it and we couldnt manage dessert!.breakfast was really good too.The pool was good and a really nice temperature too!.All the staff we encountered in every department, reception, pool, bar, restaurant and housekeeping were all brilliant. Its a long time since I have stayed in a hotel where I could not fault anything.We were also impressed with Solihull and the area around the hotel.

Rooms were lovely and modern. I had a standard room which was lovely. The only slight let down was when booking a room it said a king size bed which wasn't the case but it was lovely. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely stay again.

Nice property. Good service. Comfortable bed. Shower a bit difficult with spraying across the bathroom. Property also allows dogs, one of which was relentlessly yapping one of the nights.
