  • This Gorgeous house and grounds overlook white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico!

    In historic Pass Christian, Mississippi this custom built home has designer interiors and sits under 20 Magnificent Oak Trees.

    This vacation home has everything! Sit on the porch in a rocking chair, swim in the 16'x35' pool, walk on the beach...it's all here.

    Outdoor entertaining under the raised home is perfect for family vacations or a get away for adults.

    Open floor plan in the great room and kitchen, elevator, laundry room, front porch with rocking chairs, in ground swimming pool. Come relax and enjoy!

    Delivered clean at arrival and following departure...cleaning fee is $500. Additional cleaning service can be arranged with the maintenance during your stay.

    Pets are NOT allowed, NO Smoking.

    NO Special Events allowed, please contact the owner.

Great Stay Away From The Crowd

Every few years the family gets together for a special vacation. This one was special and memorable. Very roomy property with great pool and easy access to the Gulf shore. Well equipped gourmet kitchen with ice-maker. And...an elevator. Highly recommend.

Lovely Place

Such a beautiful setting. While rocking on the front porch, I could peer thru the Oak tree laced yard to the Mississippi Gulf coast waters. So lovely! The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a large generational family. The pool was quite nice as you can watch the grands from the balcony as they perform their feats!

Wonderful week. Loved the layout - great for families with wide range of ages. Back and forth from pool to beach so easy. Had small issue with elevator but it was taken care very quickly. Many good restaurants around also.

A Perfect Fit for the Family

First time staying at this property. The home was a perfect fit for our family (8 adults and 10 children, ages 3-12). It is close to beach, shopping, churches, and harbors. The kitchen was well-stocked with all needed appliances for a large group. The home was clean and well-maintained. The large yard was an added bonus for lively kiddos. We had a wonderful and restful week together.

Unforgettable Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at 20 Oaks for 7 nights. We stayed the week hurricane Francine hit Louisiana. The owner Deborah contacted us to let us know what to expect. We decided to stay. We had to close the hurricane shutters and secure loose objects. The next day was beautiful. The kitchen had every gadget and kitchenware you would need. We all loved the porch overlooking the gulf. The area under the house is very comfortable and relaxing. May have to stay here again.

Family paradise

This property far exceeded our expectations. Pictures on site do no justice for the house. Absolutely beautiful and so roomy for all of us. The porch with rockers were the best part. The elevator was so nice for my parents and for hauling luggage and groceries. The heavy duty wagon available there was so convenient for hauling items to the beach. So many things they have available on hand to use. The pool was amazing. The sitting area downstairs was so comfy and nice for grilling on the grill provided. This house is accommodating to all ages.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time. The home was in great shape, the pool was wonderful, the view from the front porch beautiful. The elevator was great for my parents, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. We did have to cross a fairly busy road to get to beach, but it was a short walk, and it was really no problem once we got used to it. The beach was very quiet. The house was in a great location and we spent some time traveling east and west from the house, including a day in New Orleans at the WW2 museum. The kitchen was well stocked, there was tons of space, and the house was exactly as described; we had no problems with anything while we there. The only downside - the weather was incredibly hot! We are from much further north though, so we just didn’t understand:) Thank goodness for that gulf breeze!

Wonderful Bacation

Our large family had a wonderful vacation. Few things we didn’t expect. The pool was green for the first 3 days but they quickly got someone out there and we were able to swim after that. THE NEIGHBOR!! Yes… there’s 1 neighbor that watches the house like a hawk. Even to the point of contacting the owner cause we didn’t pull back the trash cans in time. The house is wonderful!! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The description on VRBO is alittle deceiving. This house has 6 bedrooms . 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room that sleeps six. The property is beautiful and everything you need is close by. We love that the beach is so shallow especially with very little ones. No puddle jumpers needed. Elevator is awesome. Hauling groceries and luggage was a breeze. Definitely recommend for a large family like ours.
