Very clean, bathroom seemed brand new.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. I was expecting a basic and clean place to stay, with friendly staff based on what I'd ready of other reviews. The hotel was basic, the staff despite not really needing them were friendly, but the cleanliness is where my expectations were passed, the room was not only clean, but the bathoom suite seemed brand new. The location is great if you want the nicer, quieter part of town, not so good if you want to be close to the lively area.

Lovely small hotel close to everything.

What can I say about this hotel, it does what it says on the box. Small, family run, friendly, spotlessly clean hotel close to the beach, bars, restaurants & promenade. No it hasn't got all the mod cons but it has got air con, plenty of storage space, modern bathrooms & comfy beds. Perfect.

Great small and friendly place to stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. We were made to feel very welcome by all of the staff we had contact with, they even remembered us from our previous visit. The hotel is very clean and the ensuite bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a very good standard. The beds were very comfortable although the furniture a little tired. It is a great place to stay for a few nights in a fabulous location. We had beautiful views from our balcony across the poniente beach and marina.

nice Hotel ,excellent location

My mum and I had a wonderful week at this hotel, she is in her eighties and the staff and owners of this hotel couldn't be more attentive and helpful,we booked a room with balcony and seaview ,we bought coffees in the morning sit on our balcony and watched the boats across in the harbour ,ok it needs a bit of updating maybe but I think that is the charm of the hotel ,it was spotless clean and quaint and we were comfortable.and we are going back next year ,

Basic hotel with a fantastic view and location

Hotel is basic with outdated furniture, which hasn't been changed for decades. But that is the only negative. Location is perfect, absolutely the best in Benidorm. All the beaches are just couple of minutes away, and you're in the heart of old town. The view is magnificent. It is completely breathtaking and is worth all the money. I suppose that if you choose room without the view, you will be heavily disappointed, because that is the best hotel can offer.

Klein, gemütlich und in Strandnähe

14 Tage habe ich dort verbracht und alles in allem war ich zufrieden. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich. Das Frühstück empfand ich als sehr nüchtern und ab und an hätten das Reinigungspersonal den Boden besser reinigen können.

Bellissima Benidorm

E' la seconda volta che ci vado.. tutto perfetto.. staff gentilissimo e simpaticissimo. Sara' la mia seconda casa per molti anni.. Veduta dal balcone bellissima..prenotate la vista mare, ne vale la pena.. Vicino al centro e alla spiaggia Playa del mas.. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Yes, it's basic, but you have hot water, a decent shower, amazingly powerful air con, immensely comfortable bed and an incredible view (book a sea view room)

Great hotel with great views in a great location

Had a great long weekend away with friends. The hotel was great the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming. The view from the sea view rooms is amazing. It is a great central location for access to bars, restaurants and shopping. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Benidorm for ever.

Ottima posizione, al centro fra playa levante e playa ponente. Bellissimi i tramonti vista mare dalla camera..quarto piano! Un consiglio? pagate qualcosina in piu e scegliete la camera vista mare, ne vale la pena. Per il resto forse l'hotel andrebbe un po rinnovato il mobilio, ma anche quello fa parte della sua categoria stile retrò.. C'è ogni confort, tv e condizionatore.. Lo staff alla reception gentilissimo, da ripetere e da consigliare assolutamente.

net basic hotel op een top locatie

in augustus zijn wij een week in dit hotel verbleven. Het zit op een toplocatie als je voor uitzicht op de zee kiest. het hotel zit wel op een rots dus je moet altijd iets berg op lopen of via de trap naar de ingang van het hotel. Je zit midden in het centrum, aan de achterkant beginnen alle kroegen en barretjes tot op de boulevard. aan de voorzijde is de haven en enkele restaurants. De kamer is basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt staat erin. Alles is zeer schoon en elke dag kan je nieuwe handdoeken krijgen en wordt je kamer schoon gemaakt. ontbijt is basic. Als wij weer naar Benidorm gaan, kiezen wij zeker weer voor dit hotel.

Tolle Lage am Rande der Altstadt, super Meerblick

Wir hatten wunderschöne drei Tage, alle unsere Wünsche wurden vom Personal berücksichtigt (4.Stock, Meerblick, Doppelbett). Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung! Gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung! Einziges Problem war das Parken in Benidorm.

Très bon hôtel économique

Hotel très bien situé sur une petite colline au milieu de la zone piétonne . Très calme. Très belle vue sur mer , personnel très sympathique. Bon état des chambre en général.bon rapport qualité prix. lit très petits pour 2 personneS. Un Frigo serait le bienvenu

Great location

This hotel has a great location in the old town, set above the harbour the view from the sea facing rooms is stunning. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The room had recently installed A/C which was great. Otherwise though, the hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. Also the internal walls were paper thin so internally it was very noisy - the balcony being the quietest spot!
