We had a nice room on the ground floor which I like because I have bad knees. The pool was just the right size and the hot tub was nice and warm and cozy. I wish they had the sauna working but that's okay.

Very clean hotel. Beds were super comfortable. Guy at front desk was amazing!!! The room was humid and damp and so was the carpet and bed. Probably because room was on ground floor. We turned the air off and the heat on which helped a lot! We would def stay here again but not on the ground floor.

The room had a smell, the breakfast was stopped at 9:20 (supposed to close at 10am) because they ran out of plates. I picked it because it had breakfast, so this was very disappointing

So so

There was rout and mold around the window blowing on us and we both felt sick. It was pretty clean but the hot tub could have used scrubbing around the jets they looked horrible. My husband is really sick right now since we left.

Prepaid but they still gave my room away

We paid for this hotel two weeks ago. All prepaid. We arrived at same time as two other families. Our room had been given away. Guy at front desk was sorry and he was put in this situation. We came from San Diego. Beware that even if you prepay for this hotel they will still give your room away to someone else.

Not the best

The dress of the employee's was very sub par, sweatshirts and t-shirts with not sure what on them. Breakfast was not maintained or clean when we were there, could see some things were out but never restocked. Beds were comfortable! TV did not work.

Check in time 3pm. Was there at 330. No clean rooms in the hotel. Had to wait over an hour for one to get cleaned. Theft at the property. Mice running around. Our room was still dirty.

Both staff members we dealt with where clearly not sober, like on another planet. We got back in after 10pm one night and there was a “party” in the lobby with some of the staff and other non hotel guests. Parking in back with little lighting then have to walk around the entire property to get back in as no doors would unlock. Dogs barking all day and night.

Clean and cheap, so fit my expectations. I’d stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Even so, I was surprised that the desk clerk took forever to come out to help and was stoned. Bathroom door didn’t latch, which isn’t an issue for me and my kids, but is probably not great for some people. I gave an OK rating because the inconveniences were worth paying $30 less than other places.

They overbooked the hotel. We had no rooms at 2 in the morning. No calls to let us know. I was given the managers card to call but it rang the front desk and there was no solution. I will never try to stay here. I ugly cried and stayed at Best Western instead because they helped find a place to sleep.

The pool and hot tub are dirty and a gross yellow/green color. The tv in our room didnt work, we had two of the 4 lamps that had no light bulbs. Making it very dark. Bed had dirt and hair on it when we came in. Theres a weird smell in the room. After working here years ago and staying here in the past we decided we will never be coming back. The standards just arent there anymore

I wouldn’t recommend……

When we were checking, the employee walked to our room to see if it was clean. He came back and said it was ready. When we walked in the room I told my husband that it didn’t look like the beds had been made by a housekeeper. He went into the restroom and said the toilet was dirty. When I went into the restroom, there was one used bath towel hung over the shower rod. No other bath towels or wash clothes at all. My husband went to the front desk and told the employee about this. We moved to a different room that had been cleaned. We went to the hot tub and the water looked dirty and there wasn’t any chlorine smell. The next morning we went to the hotel breakfast and our shoes were sticky to the floor….so disgusting.

The location was nice not far from grocery store or restaurants. When we got there was hoping that we may be able to checking in 230pm but our room was not even cleaned yet. So we went and did a little sight seeing for a little bit the lady that was there was rude. When we got back person who checked us in was on a personal phone call when we fist showed up still about 5 minutes early the room was still not finished.

Won’t stay again

Hairs floating in hot tub, dirty towels left in pool area, breakfast closed a half hour early (9:30) so we were left with no food, breakfast area a mess, fitness room out of towels, water in dispenser & sanitizing wipes, looked like tv was stolen. Lobby bathroom out of toilet paper and hand soap. Our bed & towels were clean but we had mold on bathroom wall and very little toilet paper. In room coffee pot was dusty inside so I didn’t use.

Our room wasn't ready after 5pm and even after coming back it wasn't very clean and one of the outlets by the bed didn't work. Our phone rang in the middle of the night. Luckily the jacuzzi tub was really nice in the room.
