Optimización de reservas

Reserve por hoteles.com y a mi llegada no había ningun registro de mi reserva en su sistema. Tuve que reenviarles la información y esto tomo un tiempo considerable. Una vez en la habitación no había agua fría, solo agua caliente.

Fiz o check-in as 14 e 30 hrs e nao subi para ver o quarto. Quando retornei ao hotel por volta de meia noite o quarto era se duas camas de solteiro e nao cama king como tinha reservado no site. Tive que trocar de quarto e acabei indo para um de um de categoria inderior conforme informacao me pasaada ja que o hotel estava muito cheio.

Muito bom. Confortável. Ótimo café da manhã. Estacionamento muito bom, com acesso direto ao elevador. Tem sofá cama para crianças que é um diferencial para casal com filhos.

Acomodação ótima, extremamente confortável! Café da manhã farto porém algumas coisas estavam azedas (queijo frescal e panquecas). As louças do quarto e o vasilhame que pedi para cozinhar estavam sujos. São pontos negativos que incomodaram bastante, mas pela acomodação e atendimento da recepção (que são extremamente educados e prestativos) não deixarei de frequentar!

Hotel muito bom e instalações novas e espaçosas. Ar condicionado do quarto muito barulhento. Impossível dormir com ele ligado. Me senti lesado em relação ao estacionamento. Ao fazer a reserva está escrito: Estacionamento: sem manobrista. O que você entende? Que você tem direito a estacionamento, porém sem manobrista. A balconista falou o estacionamento era pago e sem manobrista. Lamentável. Acho que é se queimar por muito pouco. Não volto mais.

Excelente espaço físico, mas equipe desorganizada

Reservei dois quartos Double Luxo, que para o hotel é a categoria e Suites. Porém, no check in um dos quartos foi colocado na categoria inferior, Ramada Encore. Avisamos, mas não conseguiram resolver no primeiro dia, garantindo que no outro dia seria tudo resolvido. Ao procurarmos a recepção no segundo dia, não sabiam de nada. Contamos novamente o ocorrido e disseram que teríamos que esperar o check out dos hospedes para providenciar a troca. No fim da tarde, procuramos a recepção novamente e, mais uma vez, os novos atendentes disseram não estar cientes do ocorrido. Reclamamos, já alterados e muito insatisfeitos e, enfim, providenciaram o novo quarto. No terceiro dia, saímos cedo, colocamos as toalhas de banho no chão para serem trocadas, como fomos orientados. Ao retornarmos às 18h para tomarmos banho e sairmos, o quarto não tinha sido limpo nem as toalhas trocadas. Reclamamos, trocaram as toalhas e quando estávamos no banho o serviço de limpeza veio. O café é bom, porém o horário indicado até às 10h é mal informado, pois às 10h eles recolhem todo o buffet, sendo assim, quem chegar às 09:55 não consegue mais se servir. As instalações são excelentes, o hotel é muito novo e os quartos extremamente confortáveis! A cama é maravilhosa!!! O terraço com a piscina aquecida é lindo. No geral, vale a pena a hospedagem. Apenas a equipe deve se organizar mais para atender em dias onde o hotel está bem lotado, como foi o período que nos hospedamos.

Nice hotel but not very good location

There are two E-Suites in Belo Horizonte and I guess I chose the wrong one. The staff was wonderful, the rooms are comfortable (and large), and given that they have a kitchenette being close to a grocery store was great. However, the area is bereft of restaurant choices and while I was there, even the recommended close-by bar was closed. The other E-Suites are in Saravassi, an area with much more going on -- probably a much better choice, unfortunately. I'm sorry to have to be negative on this point as otherwise the stay was great
