CASA NO PREPARADA PARA NADIE

Al principio el propietario ni nos recibió , fue una tercera persona...., la casa sin limpiar los colchones para tirar y todo estropeado ya que no han hecho ninguna reforma de la casa.....no la recomendamos bajo ningún concepto

UN DESASTRE. NOS SENTIMOS DEFRAUDADOS POR CALIDAD Y TRATO RECIBIDO

Desde el inicio nos indica el propietario a traves de wasap que la entrada sera a las dos de la tarde, a esa hora nos presentamos en el local donde estaban las llaves del alojamiento (me parece fatal que nadie nos recibiera en el propio alojamiento) y cuando la publicidad indica claramente que hay que dejar el establecimiento antes de las 4 de la tarde, nos obliga a abandonarlo a las doce, porque entra alguien a las dos, no completamos ni 48 horas para el precio pagado (incluyendo tasa de¿ limpieza?), y ademas tenemos que dejar las llaves en el mismo bar que lo recogimos. A las doce se presenta la señora de la limpieza y tuvimos que abandonar el lugar. Indique al propietario al llegar mediante sendos wasap y acompañando fotos de las primeras deficiencias observadas (Sombrilla dentro de la piscina, frigorifico sin limpar, cajones de congelador en estado lamentable, y ademas el microondas con rajas y abollado (no lo utilizamos por precaucion) y el propietario no se digno en contestarnos, ademas solicitamos por favor abandonar el establecimiento en torno a las dos de la tarde, sin recibir respuesta. Por lo demas el establecimiento se trata de un edificio antiguo, muy mal conservado, con mobiliario antiguo y deplorable, puertas que no cierran, ni las de aseos, baño con bombona y calentador incorporado en su interior, muy peligroso, fuimos con una persona mayor y precticamente no se podia mover, pues constantes escalones de dificultad muy alta, el exterior con mobiliario viejo y baldosas que se levantan, la sombra la dan sendos mantones de recogida de aceituna, muy dificultosa la maniobravilidad de los vehiculos, NO APORTAN TOALLAS PARA DUCHA Y BAÑO, ni articulos de aseo, la barbacoa en muy mal estado, tuvimos que comprar parrillas y carbon, solo un dispensador de jabon en un cuarto de baño, habitaciones sin persianas, mobiliario de salon y habitaciones viejisimos. En resumen no merece la calificacion de establecimiento Rural, muy mala calidad, todo deprorable, antiquisimo, mal mantenido, mal atendido. por lo que por mi parte merece la calificacion de NO RECOMENDABLE. No merece este establecimiento aparecer en una pagina de prestigo como es VRBO. Por terreno, por dimensiones y capacidad de la casa, por dimensiones de patio exterior, este alojamiento tiene un tremendo potencial de mejora.

Buen lugar para tranquilidad y disfrute

El lugar está bien para disfrutar en familia o con amigos, en plena naturaleza. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y ya es la segunda vez que estamos aquí. Además el propietario va mejorando cada día las instalaciones.
