We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the Airbnb / Hostfully app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire first floor of the home. You are also welcome to use and enjoy the two outdoor patios, located at the front and side of the house, which are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.

* **Climate Control**: This is a three-season home and does not have central heating. It is perfectly comfortable for stays between May and October. For your comfort during warmer months, each room is equipped with a window air conditioning unit.
