Fraud they took my money and this property closed

I didn't stay because this place is closed down , they took my money and now I'm waiting on a refund. I had a very difficult time to get this taken care of . This hotel needs to be removed off of hotels.com

Expedia should drop this property from it’s listings. This place should be closed down by the health department. My room is disgusting, and I have killed several bugs in the short time I have been here. I took a shower, got fully dressed, and am sleeping on the bed on top of the bedding with my sweatshirt hood pulled over my head. I will wake up as early as possible, check out, and leave quickly.

Filthy, unacceptable, and sex trafficking hotel

The hotel was disgusting. Our neighbors had roaches. There were workers LIVING in the hotel. Drunks walking around. Employees walking around drinkinhlg too. The front desk worker took 20 min to come to help us. Wouldn't let us in the room. Door keys didn't work. The shower didn't even have knobs or spouts. There is definitely sex trafficking going on here! We had no bedding. One of our rooms was canceled and we didn't know! You should be ashamed to have them on your site.

The staff took an hour to find me a room. The room they selected had no towels, no soap, no TV, no phone, one working outlet. Every time I told them about these things they would tell me I was wrong. Finally, the GM came to my room and fixed the TV and Internet. Later, I received towels and soap. A black male screamed for over an hour outside my door. I feared I would be killed if I opened the door. The next day a black female was screaming non-stop from 7AM till I left. There were all kinds of insects in my room. The toilet never stopped flushing.

The room was dirty. No towels in room. Floor was wood but ran a cloth over counter and floor came up black. Random hair found on sink, toilet, floor. Broken glass pieces in the bath tub with pubic hair ect. No water in pool that looked condemned. Sheets were stained with black stains. Booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room. Seriously you all need to clean ur rooms. Counters were sticky with idk. Broken tiles, and bathroom door. Ect.ect.ect Just a gross place.

I showed up to an abandoned building. I’m thank I didn’t wait to dark to check-in. Although the hotel was in operable, and uninhabitable, Oya still changed my card. It was very scary and I was asked to take pictures unbelievable. But I did. Needless to say called Expedia leasing desk 50.00 additional 50.00 charge. Expedia settled with me for $48 less meaning they gave me 100 cash points however it really didn’t matter because I was out of the 48 bucks from the hotel and then an additional 50 bucks just for them to give me 100 bucks to get somewhere to spend the night, I will never ever stay at one of their places again. I am a little disappointed with a Expedia. This is the first time that this is happened to me and I’ve used them forever. This was definitely a do not recommend.
