this is 1 of my fave hotel in bangkok. breakfast is good. the staff also provide good services especially the front counters and the level 1 concierge. however the staff at sense spa need to be more polite and flexible. the rooms are still in good condition as the last few years. i noticed that the toilet amenities have been changed to big bottles. i think it's not as hygienic as previously in smaller bottles. the TV are too old and small as compared in tdy's era. also there is a lack of international channels.

We appreciate your comment about the front desk staff but have noted the remark about the Spa Team. We have changed the amenities in the rooms to cut on the single plastic use, and as we do thoroughly clean our bathrooms and rooms, there is no hygiene issue as the bottles can only be open by us. We also intend to keep our TVs as long as they work properly at this time, even though we are aware that technology has evolved since the hotel opened seven years ago. Great Hotel to stay

We were really impressed with the complete staff with their professionalism and friendly attitude. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Good service. Spacious and clean bedroom. But no swimming pool and lots of flying bugs are the shortcomings.

Very nice hotel, great location although the main entrance was hard to find. Modern looking restaurants and awesome rooftop bar. The showers in the bathroom were very weak. Sliding door to the bathroom tends to get stuck a little.
