I liked the area as it had quite a few things going on like night market, massages and shopping centres nearby(shoutout to Pratunam- best shopping ever). Rather clean place and slept super well despite the location.

Staff was helpful, kind, courteous, professional. Hotel is on top of a 6 storey Indian mall. Facilities were nice. No pool. Gym was very small but had adequate equipment.

The room is spacious to us - plenty of space for luggage. The condition is not very new but decent enough. I like the vinyl flooring - finally no carpet. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk to Big C and Siam shopping area. Right across is Pratunam.

A Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
A great base to explore the shopping district as all the prominent malls are within walking distance. We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff were always very attentative and responsive to our needs. My son received a complimentary slice of cake as his birthday fell on day of stay. Thank you very much, Centara Watergate!

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Staffs are very fryand nice. 10min walk to train station, 3min walk to night market and 14min walk to central mall. It is cheaper to eat at central mall. Night market is over priced
