"This hotel was within walking distance from the heart of downtown Banff. Love how the hotel had underground parking even though parking was limited. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety but it was still good. The dining room was a bit small. The swimming pool and hot tub was good enough for the kids. The staff was really great. Very clean hotel. My kids enjoyed the stay."

"I am so happy to see that the hotel group in Banff have upgraded an old classic motel. The courtyard is beautiful and private, the doggy was welcomed with treats and gift and even if there was a charge, it was still less than the bordering. We saw some wildlife in our forest across the way. The bed and the room …well it was so great! Coffee is the morning and just a short walk to the breakfast place. The motel towards the outskirts of town but it was quiet and refreshing. I would highly recommend staying at the Dorothy! "
