Great boutique hotel in the heart of Banff. If you want the convenience of shopping and restaurants right outside your door then this is the place. We had a King room, French doors to the bathroom, huge jetted tub with separate privacy door to the shower and toilet, no balcony in our room but big windows and tons of space in the room. We would definitely stay there again. If you want a quiet little mountain retreat, this is not for you. If you want to be in the center of downtown Banff, you will love it.

The location is excellent with close proximity to everything you can find at Downtown Banff. The hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is better than we expected. Our room is spacious with awesome mountain view but lacks adequate lighting so it can be a bit too dark at night.

Great stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The perfect location in Banff. The rooms were big, clean, and really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase upgrades for a balcony, parking, and late checkout at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Property was great. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, Location was amazing! Only reason for a 4 of 5 star was outside our room was very loud and noisy throughout the night. Like dumpsters being emptied? So sleeping was difficult. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

The property is in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good, enough choice to satisfy. A few things that could be improved. Toilet in our bathroom was very small, as though it is for a child. Also, some noise from above our room at times.

Excellent location in downtown Banff. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. The room did not have air conditioning but we did not need it ( stayed early September). I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. It was very convenient being in the center of town. Lots of restaurants. Parking was an additional charge, but worth the convenience. Breakfast was basic but clean and well served.
