"This is a good location for exploring Banff. You can walk or drive to town. I would suggest you find out about the Roam bus and take into town, parking is horrible and expensive. Hotel website mentions complimentary bottled water but it depends on who is working the front desk whether you get it or not. Carlito’s Pizzaria is a good place to eat!"

"Great location. On arrival we were offered free bus passes to use into the town centre and to the Gondola. Hotel offers free parking in underground car park. There is a lift from the car park to the reception. Receptionists were very helpful. The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"
