Nice comfortable accommodations. Room was large enough with a vaulted ceiling for four adults to have adequate room. We made good use of the provided bottled water and Roam bus passes.

Over Priced. Motel 6 Feel. Very outdated 1970's. I would stay outside of Banff 10 minutes and save yourself some money. Location is good , Garaged parking but they charge you $20 extra a night and you will pay close to $500 a night for the dump room which is a rip off.

We received a warm welcome ahead of our check-in time. Inside and outside were beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room as well as the hot tub and both saunas. Our room was turned over nicely each morning and any requests we had were answered positively. It was a short walking distance to the downtown strip which we enjoyed each day we were in Banff.

We checked in and I mentioned we had a small dog. I was told by Expedia that they are pet friendly. Guess what they aren’t BUT their sister property is Thank God. Not as nice but helped out. Expedia always helps. Only reason I’m loyal and only use them.

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

The hotel was very basic with nothing special about it. It was very expensive for what it was at over £400 per night. We were upgraded to a larger room with a King size bed at check in but I didn’t find it very impressive. The furniture was very basic and dated and the bathroom was also quite small. We had no interaction with staff over the 3 day stay other than at check in. We were told at check in that breakfast was available at a neighbouring hotel a short walk away and were given vouchers for 15% discount. On our first morning we walked to the nearby hotel for breakfast which was very uninspiring as a buffet. I only wanted tea and toast but had to pay the full price even though I had nothing from the buffet. The rest of our stay we had breakfast in one of the many cafes in Banff which was always very good and much cheaper. I assume the hotel price was because it was high tourist season but I would look carefully in the future and find somewhere much better for the high price we paid

This hotel is in the heart of Banff National Park, so we expected the staff to be knowledgeable and provide helpful information to guests. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We only found out near the end of our trip that the hotel offers complimentary local bus passes for guests. Had this been mentioned at check-in, we could have used Banff's excellent public transportation instead of driving two separate vehicles around town. It would have made our trip more convenient and enjoyable. Another disappointment was the parking fee of $21 per day. Given the hotel's location, the availability of public transit, and the efforts to encourage visitors to reduce vehicle use, this charge felt excessive. Overall, the customer service could be improved. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or informative, and a little more hospitality and proactive communication would have made a significant difference to our stay.

The loft suite with 3 queen beds was perfect for us 3 adult women wanting to stay together. It was cozy but had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. There is a window up high that isn't covered, so light does come in at night. The hotel restaurant had a great breakfast menu that we enjoyed!

In the quieter part of Banff, but a short bus ride to the "downtown" area. The check in process was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The lobby was cute and cozy, perfect for a fireside chat or having a cup of coffee. The underground paid parking is tight - we were often nervous that if we left with our car then we would not have a spot when we returned.

It was in walking distance to the downtown area, but not close enough where you would hear the noise. The only thing I wish they had was laundry facilities on site. All we had to do was go to the hotel next-door and it worked out fine.

At the end of the stay we were charged an additional fee called local amenities fee. I had paid all fees and taxes upfront. They did not advise us of the fee at check-in but gave us three $15 off vouchers for a restaurant down the road and for other discounts. They did not advised we would be charged for these “special” discounts whether we used them or not. Not great customer service
