The pool and waster sides were fantastic. The room was very spacious for my family Things I didn’t like the stove didn’t work we had an other family visit us but their children couldn’t swim with mine because they weren’t registered guest I understand the facilities are directed for guests, but it seems weird that they wouldn’t make an exception.

The check in process was great the staff were very helpful in the navigation of the building. The room could use a good cleaning there were grubby light switches and the plug in the bathroom looked as if it has experienced an electrical problem. The sheets had tears in them and there were only a few plugins that worked.

This place can be an affordable option for many guests. The property has been a round for a long time and age is catching up on this place. It has a great location up on Tunnel mountain with free parking and it is quiet there. You will definitely enjoy the space of the rooms compared to others in Banff. Just dont expect a new finishes or perfection like other options in Banff.

Beautiful property, with mountain view. outdoor hot tub water was just warm, not really hot. They don't really have a big pool, just 3 small pools more like a kids pool. Rooms are comfortable with wood burning fireplace. Kitchen has a full size fridge and stove with oven. Microwave was really old and heating up took longer than normal. Just enough cups and plates to use for one meal
