Hotel was ok, clean and spacious. Within walking distance to Banff Ave. The pools were shut down however you are able to use their sister hotel pool. No food or coffee shop onsite like others in the area but short walk to find those amenities.

The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Spills on the walls and dirty switches and handprints everywhere. The property itself was nice location but confusing to find your rooms with some mis labeled signs. Elevator wasnt working so dragged our stuff up the stairs.

Good location and a short walk to main part of town. Restaurants near by. Extremely noisy hotel in the mornings. Two of our 3 nights had us woken up by 6:30am to inconsiderate laundry company. Stains on carpets and furniture and I know it happens but a little work and it’s gone. Not much for room amenities when being $700+ a night for a stay. Oh don’t forget to add on a parking charge on top of everything else. A bonus is the morning cold coffee in the lobby. Nice staff for the most part. Property needs some tlc.

Loved the location. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. The rooms are dated. We were not impressed with the hidden expense when we checked in, having no choice in purchasing an amenities voucher per night’s stay to eat at their sister restaurant, Evergreen.
