Wonderful hosts, great atmosphere of a real working farm. Lovely countryside and a short drive to Bakewell. Site was further down the road than our Sat Nav indicated.

Paid for room in full, turn up and they haven’t noticed the booking come through and have someone else staying in the room I booked. What spoke volumes was when the proprietor said ‘I can’t believe this has happened again’

Very welcoming owner who gave us advice about where to eat in the evening and was obviously keen for our stay to be as pleasant as possible.. Amazing breakfast. Would recommend.
