  • Wake up to panoramic Lake Erie views and spend your days on your own private beach at Lake Haven. This newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath lakefront home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect setting for family vacations, wine country weekends and friends' fishing getaways.

    Located in Ohio's Wine Country, you're just minutes from Geneva on the Lake, local wineries, Geneva State Park & downtown Madison. During winter, you're just a short drive from both Alpine Valley and Big Creek Ski Resorts.

    The home has an updated kitchen, a large two-tier deck overlooking the water with a firepit & grill—perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and everything in between. It also has a cozy fireplace in the main living room for the cooler months.

    Inside you'll find:
    • 5 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests (1 king, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 4 full). All bedrooms on second floor.
    • 2.5 bathrooms, including a primary suite with a relaxing jetted soaking tub
    • Fully renovated kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Dishwasher & laundry room too. Towels and linens provided.
    • Multiple comfortable living spaces, one upstairs one  down, both with stunning lake views

FHSU Wrestling Loved It

This place was perfect for our collegiate wrestling team while we were in town for th U23 National Championships! Nothing could be coming back to the views and the hot tub/cold lake contrast after a long day of competition! The proximity to good restaurants was a plus for us coaches as well! We highly recommend this location!

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I wanted a vacation rental that would serve the interests of us, our adult children and their spouses. This house checked off all the boxes! From obvious needs like house cleanliness, hot water, filter water and deck space, to beaches, hot tub, restaurants and local activities - it was wonderful. Thank you - we will be staying here again.

Memorable

The House was very clean and the view of the the lake was outstanding!! The bedrooms were a nice size and beds comfortable! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the hot tub was really nice as well. I understand now why this property is always booked!! I will be looking to rebook hopefully next summer since there currently are no openings we highly recommend this rental property!!!

Another Perfect Holiday

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The house was immaculate. Absolutely the cleanest house we’ve rented. The view is magnificent. We had terrific weather so we utilized the spacious patios to enjoy wine and sun sets. New from last year is the Vincent William winery/restaurant that’s a short walk. Great food

Fabulous view and location!

This was my second stay at this property and found it greatly improved. There has been some interior updating, and the house was clean. The washer may be nearing its end and the outdoor grill needs a good cleaning, but overall we enjoyed this house and the gorgeous view. There is a good chance of a third vacation at this home. You will not be sorry you rented this house until you have to leave!

Fun for all ages

We are a retired couple who took our two daughters and their 4 kids total on vacation. One of our sons in law was there for an afternoon; the other for two nights. We seniors had the last two nights to ourselves. We LOVE the deck, listening to the waves, watching the sunsets. The kids LOVE being able to walk to the beach, playground and Karen's ice cream. We all LOVE hiking at Hogback Ridge and Hidden Valley

No Beach Access

This was a very nice house but could have been a little better cleaned. We were here with 4 couples so the beds were doubles so that was a little hard for sleeping. Knew that from the site so wasn't a surprise. The one bedroom connected to the other one with no door so if we weren't all family that could have been interesting. We are all siblings. The 2nd full bathroom being off the kitchen downstairs was interesting. Would suggest bringing mirrors because they are only in bathrooms. Hardly any hooks to hang towels and suits. There isn't a lot of room to put clothes away in some of the bedrooms so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. No closets in most rooms to hang anything. The photo of the house has not been updated so don't plan on walking down to the beach. Actually the steps are dangerous for kids to be around. There is a park with beach very close just would have been nice to be able to walk down the steps to a beach. We loved the view and having fires every night was great. The deck is beautiful. The house would be great for a large family. Neighbors who own their houses on both sides are very friendly. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Stayed for several days around New Year’s with a group of family and friends. Warm and cozy home kept us safe from the snowfall coming down and provided beautiful views of the lake! Communication with host was excellent, even went out of their way to help us to successfully operate the hot tub (which was great in the chilly weather) on a holiday. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants and the Vincent William Winery in North Madison. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!
