"I only interacted with a couple staff members but theybwere very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. I did not partake of the pool, hot tub of gym but the parts of the hotel i saw were clean."

"Room was a bit shabby (in need of paint and a good grout cleaning in shower) and the bar sink didn't work. Breakfast was great (especially made to order omelettes), all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We were not given our "Hilton Honors Silver" status gift or the wifi info at our late night check in, so had to ask for those. We love the water stations and coffee available all hours. Overall it was a good enough stay. "

"Room was clean and this was my husbands first stay here and I wanted him to love it. Unfortunately, we had no hot water on our first day-the coldest day Austin had seen-high of 55, with windchill at 36! We called the front Office, they sent an engineer and 30 minutes, replaced shower head?!?!? Obviously, that didn’t help. It was still freezing. The told us the next day they’d be moving us to a new room with hot water. The room was very nice and we did have hot water but we were only there 2 nights. So, it was a bummer. When we wanted to order room service, it was closed! Closed by 8 pm-and I had raved to my husband about the deviled eggs! So, needless to say, it wasn’t the great jaunt I thought it be. "

"Breakfast was definitely a "grab & go" and limited stock. No fruit or yogurt available. Coffee was lukewarm close to the end."

"Can’t recommend this place enough! Excellent location with a quick Uber to everything Austin has to offer, great property that was well kept and had plenty of space (great pool), and great communication from the owner as well. Perfect for a group and would stay here again anytime!!"
