With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this luxury, three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment is steps from the white sands of Onetangi beach.

Penthouse 11 is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas opening on to the expansive north facing deck with outdoor dining and million dollar views!

The apartment features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with the main bedroom offering the same stunning sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

Please note: There are some steps within the apartment. The property is not suitable for young children.

Sky Sport is available via the Sky app but guests will need their own login.

Penthouse 11 at The Sands is a ten minute flat walk along the beach to three lovely seaside restaurants. The vineyards/restaurants of the "vineyard valley" including Miro/Casita Miro, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke are all within easy reach.
