Being close to the motorway, this beautiful place is easily accessible from all areas. The famous New Zealand Bloodstock is walking distance from this property!

This is a unique property having a master en-suite, another 5 large bedrooms, 2 lounges, and an open plan living kitchen that opens out towards the yard. The living room room on-looks directly at the lily pond through a large set of french doors and a comfortable entertainment room. Complete with an internal entry double door garage, for all your storage needs.

Hingaia-StoneyBridge private pond property

Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). This property is in a secure gated-community requiring passcodes entry.
