"I loved staying at the Embassy Suites. The staff is very professional and it was displayed during a fire alarm that caused us all to exit. There was a sense of urgency, clarified instructions and courteous escorting out of the building and re-entrance. 2 THUMBS UP. My only complaint the trolleys were not available and there were those, disabled and elderly, that made numerous trips from the curb to the lobby. I offered assistance but how sad to witness this. The desk staff ,Ashley and Michelle and Valet, Walter, were absolutely the best and did their best but people were still keeping the trolleys away from the lobby area. Awesome trip!!!"
