The hotel' location was convenient-- close to several good restaurants, yet away from the busy French Quarter. The valet parking was convenient as well and safe (I ha a bad experience in this neighborhood parking a rental car on the street several years ago.) The bed was very comfortable and for once, I didn't play Goldilocks trying to find a pillow that was just right. The hotel sent texts every day to check on my satisfaction and I appreciated that.

I will stay here whenever I’m at an event at the convention center. Great location and very reasonable prices for a four-star hotel. One thing that could be improved… give guests a bottle of water each night. It’s really hot in New Orleans!!!

This hotel is located in an “upscale” and “safe” area of New Orleans. It is pet friendly which is a plus. Very quiet and secluded from all the noise and rowdy crowds from the french quarter but still close enough that you can walk everywhere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room we got in the pet friendly area, had leftover dog treats and chips on the floor from the previous guest, the seat at the end of the bed was broken most likely bitten off by the previous guest’s pet as well but was quickly removed when we notified front desk. One of the bed sheets was also broken or bitten off but everything else was clean and smelled nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and if by a miracle we decide to visit New Orleans again, we would book here.

Great hotel in a safe walkable area. About 15 mins from bourbon street by foot. Tons of food surrounding the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and have all the amenities you would need. Valet and staff were super helpful and available when needed. Would gladly stay again!
