The Westin New Orleans

The Westin New Orleans

10/10 Excellent
"Man oh man, I LOVE THIS PROPERTY! Stayed here a total of 3 times over the past two years and my most recent stay was the best by far! Granted, my previous two stays were work-related, but this time I was able to stay for leisure, and the hotel did not disappoint. This trip was special because I was celebrating my birthday, and it also happened to be Red Dress Run. While enjoying the festivities, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and went above and beyond to make my birthday stay extra special. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. Special shoutout to Nate and the front desk agent (sorry didn’t catch his name but he was a black guy with a cane). Nate provided GREAT guest services (ask him about the special room for an adult beverage) and the front desk agent made sure my birthday was brought in with style providing me with the best view in the hotel with my suite being on the top floor looking over the french quarter and the river. Ten out of Ten, Highly recommend!"
