"Quiet courtyard in the thick of things with lovely staff! "

"Beautiful hotel located at the end of bourbon street in the quiet side of the French Quarter! The property is extremely clean, well maintained pool, walking distance to everything. The bathroom shower had a couple minor issues which were resolved quickly by staff. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location. We were just a 5 minute walk around the corner from all the action on Bourbon St. our room was quiet enough that we were able to sleep at night. We stepped right onto Canal St and had access to everything including, Frenchmen St.,Jackson Square and it was a beautiful stroll away just like the shops on Royal St. "

"We had a great stay! The location is excellent but far enough away that it is quiet. We loved the music in the restaurant attached to the hotel and Joshua, the bartender, was a joy. We will definitely be back!"

"While the Royal Sonesta is directly on Bourbon St, it feels like a world away once you walk in the doors. The reception area is spacious and well appointed, staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms comfortable and clean. My room was overlooking a side street and was one room away from bourbon st and while I did hear some noise at night it was not disruptive to sleep at all! The large rooftop patio and pool was an oasis on the hot afternoons. Highly recommend. "
