Huge rooms and we had so much warm sun beaming through all those windows! Very close to cruise terminal (we walked with luggage and there in 15mins). Very close to the street cars, Riverwalk, Canal St and much more. Checkin was easy and the guy (forgot his name!) was super friendly. Check out Ernst Cafe for cheap drinks and good bar type food with lots of TV to watch a game! Free breakfast and not the best, but not the worst, Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Had a great stay at the Mercantile the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Appreciated that breakfast was served daily and it had a great central location to the convention center. When I return to New Orleans, I’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

It would be nice to offer food at the bar. I was at the bar at around 9:15. And they didn’t have food available. I’m not sure if they just don’t serve food or there was a time cut off. Other than that what a wonderful place beautiful hotel great views.

I want to say we really enjoyed the property EVERYONE WAS AMAZING FRONT STAFF and VALET made sure we was comfortable. The room was amazing, So, I surprised my boyfriend for his 44th bday. I secretly came to the property to set up for our stay and he was so surprised. Mr Thomas at check in was so helpful gave us complimentary drink coupons for his birthday. I was so happy when staff take so much pride in their job to make their guest feel welcome. Thanks guys will be back in Nov.
