"The chateau is so nice! We were greeted instantly by the friendly and helpful staff from the minute we pulled up out front. The valet parking is a breeze and your car is parked in a lot literally across the street, very quick and convenient. We were able to store our bags with the friendly doorman before our room was ready (it was even earlier than the 4pm check in time). The lobby and pool are very clean and recently renovated. The rooms were such a surprise! So clean and nice. Much larger than we thought, even had a breakfast table! For being just a few blocks from Bourbon St, the room was quiet as well. We didn’t hear any of that hustle and bustle. Would stay again! "
