Location was excellent for our cruise. We were able to walk to the terminal. It was between stops 16 & 17 on the hop on hop off bus route with like a four min walk which was so convenient. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. Staff was so friendly. We were able to walk to Bourbon st in about 20 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very outdated. The carpet was extremely dirty. The refrigerator was leaking in the carpet. The border on the wall was separating. The housekeepers does not work everyday. The sofa in the room was filthy dirty even under the cushions. You have to go to the front desk for supplies. The staff overall are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day. Sausage, eggs, potatoes and fixings. Bagels, toast and coffee along with fruits and tea.

The hotel is in a good location but it looks dated; carpets need to be replaced . The elevators are always busy; the wait is long each time. The breakfast is good. Parking is through valet; there’s a parking garage but there’s not much difference in price.
