"Beautiful hotel however the TVs weren’t working properly. The pool with the rooftop bar was not open during stay. Also the room got pretty hot at night despite the AC being on the lowest setting. Hotel was clean, staff were respectful, and location was great."

"From the moment we checked in until we checked out two days later, this was an outstanding experience. The rooms were excellent, clean and well stocked, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the on-site bar and restaurant were quite good, and they made parking a breeze (via valet). Convenient to everything you’d want to do in New Orleans, the Mazarin is a great place to rest and refresh. We will definitely be staying there again; highly recommended!"

"This hotel was in a great location, clean the beds and pillows were absolutely amazing My only critique was the closet was too narrow to put your suitcase in without fully unpacking. And there was nowhere to put your suitcase in the room with the layout. Because I was only there for two nights this was not a huge issue Loved the historical hotel! The location was fabulous and I would definitely consider staying there again"

"Two issues. The pool - the reason we booked the Omni Royal - was closed until June. None of the email correspondence mentioned the closure. In fact, every email highlighted the pool. The second issue….there was a feces stain on the bedsheets. Not small either. Sadly I didn’t notice it until the morning so I slept on it. So either housekeeping didn’t change the sheets after a very messy guest, or they somehow missed an 8 inch long brown stain. The front desk and housekeeping apologized, but did not seem particularly surprised. For all this - breakfast was comped."
