"Asked for full service - no one came to clean or change towels. Construction going on. Noisy early in the morning and no water upon arrival "

"Upon walking into the hallway of where are rooms where there was a mouse on the floor and there were socks in our bed. We alerted the front desk right away and he moved us rooms. Room was better but I honestly expected more from the Embassy. I was told that I would get 15,000 points in my Hilton Honors account but I don’t see them. I will say that when I reached out earlier to check into my room they accommodated me there but other than that I would not stay here again. They have complimentary breakfast and a complimentary happy hour so that is nice but yeah this was not it. "

"The stay was very relaxing. The hotel was clean and beautiful, the staff very helpfull. We were right at Bourbon St, making everything in the French Quarter easy walking access. The pool area was quite amd clean, with comfortable seating. The one issue we did have. Anyone we had talked to onnthe 6th floor, the shower would take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to warmup. The water pressure was very weak and at times only came out as a drizzle. Otherwise the rooms were very comfortable."

"The service from the valet to the front desk and the bar was exceptional. I really appreciate the option for a 2 p.m. late check out time. Most hotels only extend you for an hour. When I did voice a concern the hotel manager was very accommodating and addressed it right away. When I return to NO, I will definitely be booking with The Westin on the river front. "
