'Villa Mercedes' is located in Artà and offers beautiful sea views. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and two additional bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. 10/10 Excellent

Alles wie beschrieben, sogar noch besser und mehr.

Pros: Noch mehr Extras als in der Beschreibung, wie zum Beispiel Surfbrett, Schnorchel, taucherbrillen, Neopren, Spielzeuge für draußen... Viel Platz, großzügig, super rooftop Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Cons: Leider Baustelle gegenüber, Mücken am Abend und in der Nacht. Viele Fliesen wackeln, Motorroller wurde mündlich angeboten, leider gab es keinen Schlüssel. 4 Strandhandtücher wären eine gute Ergänzung.
