In posizione strategica, ma migliorabile

Appartamento a pochi passi da una fermata del tram particolarmente strategica e con negozi letteralmente a due passi, arredato con gusto ma estremamente attento ai costi, abbastanza grande ma non particolarmente pratico (armadi troppo piccoli, disposizione dei locali "curiosa"). Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente.
