ROSE Conciergerie presents this charming apartment, ideally located in the heart of Angers, on Rue de la Roe, facing the courtyard for extra peace and quiet.



Set in a well-maintained old building, this flat offers all the charm of traditional architecture: stone walls, warm wooden floors, beautiful natural light… The atmosphere is cosy, simple and pleasant.



It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with a lounge area and dining space, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, etc.). The bathroom includes a shower, sink unit, and toilet.



Its central location means you can walk everywhere: castle, cathedral, shops, restaurants, public transport… everything is nearby, without the noise, thanks to its courtyard orientation.



LATE CHECK-IN: For any arrival after 8:00 PM, a “late check-in” fee applies (to be arranged with your concierge).
