This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is part of a well-maintained duplex located in a residential neighborhood—just minutes from the airport, Lake Hood, and major roadways.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished living space with warm lighting, modern finishes, and a cozy layout perfect for solo travelers or couples. The open-concept kitchen includes full-size appliances, a coffee maker, cookware, and a dining nook. The bedroom features a plush King bed, blackout blinds, and plenty of storage. Smaller than realized which is fine for us. When I informed the property manager of the mold, I was told it’s natural for it to turn dark from the framing behind it. They didn’t listen and I wasn’t trying to benefit from it, but there was containers that absorb moisture which is an indicator that there is an issue. I was letting them know what I found.
