A Great Experience
Steve was so helpful before and during our stay in a terrific location to explore within walking or local tram distance. We loved stepping out the door onto the streets and canals with cafes and shops. The apartment was cozy, secure and we appreciated the updated bathroom. It was our quiet escape when needed it. We would stay there again anytime! Thank you Steve for all you did to make our holiday such a lovely experience.

Perfect spot to explore…
This was a fantastic stay in Amsterdam! It is a central location, easy to get around throughout the city, plenty of good food and shopping close by. Steve is fantastic - he was super helpful and always responsive. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed is in the back of the building so it was very quiet even on the weekends when the streets were not always quiet. You couldn’t hear any of the noise on the street. There was a washer & dryer in the apartment - super convenient when you’re trying to pack light! The kitchen was well appointed as well. The shower never ran out of hot water and bathroom was roomy. Small details included in the apartment like a reloadable public transit card available to, umbrellas, reusable shopping bags, and plug/outlet adapters all made this stay super comfortable and convenient. 5 stars - would definitely stay there again!

Great location, great host. Loved our stay here - our host made some great suggestions for restaurants and transportation to and from the airport. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

Steve's apartment in Amsterdam is the perfect place to stay - centrally located, modern, sparking clean, surprisingly quiet, and has everything you need! The fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, heavenly shower, artsy front room, and extra touches (like umbrellas, transportation cards, storage, and coffee service) all provide tons of comfort and truly make this place feel like home. Steve met us upon both arrival and departure; he was friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making it very clear that he would also be available for anything we might need during our stay. Would absolutely rent this well-designed unit again - thank you!!

Highly recommend. Fantastic location, super clean and has everything you need. Host does everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Was so appreciative of an early check in after a long flight. Would 10000% stay again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

Wonderful spot in very desirable part of town
This apartment was the perfect location for our five days in Amsterdam. Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Located in the Nine Streets district, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. The studio apartment is one flight up, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room overlooking the street below. Steve is also an excellent communicator. He provided lots of very helpful information and was always available via WhatsApp. We are frequent travelers and were very happy with this place. Thank you Steve!

Pleasant, tranquil, central location
The apartment is comfortable, a little funky, in a quiet bit of a very busy area. The cafe across the street is a fantastic amenity, able to provide everything from breakfast to a light lunch to a night cap. (The place selling local cheeses and wines, etc. is also nice). So, this location is perfect if you want to be near the action, but not overwhelmed. The stairs are steep (it's one flight up), so anyone with any issues with that should take note. The hosts are very responsive and pleasant.

A few days in Amsterdam
The accommodations were great and the location is fantastic; we walked everywhere. Our host - Steven - gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations before we arrived. He arranged for someone to meet us when we arrived, and she waited for us even though our flight was delayed. She went through everything we needed to know, and even arranged transport back to the airport for us when we left. Great experience, great accommodations, great location - would definitely stay here again.

Great area, great apartment.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam and were able to walk to all the locations we were interested in seeing and touring. 9 STREETS AREA IS FULL OF BEAUTIFUL SHOPS AND GREAT RESTAURANTS. We are in our 70s and found the steps leading to the apartment a little challenging but Floris kindly helped with our lugguage. We found the apartment very comfortable and enjoyed returning to it daily after touring various sites.
