Conveniently located just outside of the town of Parrsboro, this motel offered good value for the money. Very clean, easy access and very friendly owners. Especially appreciated was the free breakfast included with room charges particularly since breakfast options in the town were effectively non-existent. Great breakfast options cooked onsite as they were ordered. Good option for travellers either as an overnight stay or for a few days!

Excellent breakfast included. The owners are very nice and seem to be doing all the work of cleaning and cooking. The walk to the lake is easy. We stayed in adouble room in the motel building. It was comfortable for the two of us.

come back every year for the rock & mineral show. sunshine inn is the very best! especially with the location, quiet, clean ...Oh. and the wonderful complimentary breakfast ...homemade just for you!!!! SO SAD TO SEE THE OWNERS ARE SELLING, BUT GREAT FOR THEM ON THEIR SOON TO BE RETIREMENT!!!!!

Kind hosts. Breakfast was served at the table with conventional menu. My boys and we all loved the food, very homey and well prepared, tastes great. Rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Well maintained. Nice garden with hummingbirds visiting. Highly recommended

The motel was well kept. The room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. You picked from a menu which had 5 different options and was served to you. Staff were very friendly

My friend and I had a fantastic one night stay at The Sunshine Inn- we wish we were spending more time in the area so we could have stayed longer. It was so cute and is run by the nicest people. The breakfast was insanely good and cooked so quickly, was just what we needed before our big day kayaking in Advocate Harbour! We will definitely recommend this spot to any of our friends and family if they’re coming to the area :)

The property the grounds, everything about this place, said pride in ownership. The rooms are spacious and very clean and well appointed. Our hosts were very welcoming and breakfast which is included in your rate is fabulous. I would highly recommend the sunshine inn

The room was very dusty, bedding was yellow, drinking glasses dirty, the room's outside door had open crack in bottom so you could see outside and room smelled very musty. Felt that nobody used that room for a long time and not cleaned. Finally did not sleep there.

The property was very well groomed, freshly cut grass, neat driveway and office. The bathroom area reflected care taken with towels, sink/ tub fixtures. It was great to have a small frig, microwave, coffee/tea making appliances. Table, chairs, bed and dresser are very tasteful too. Everything that you might need has been provided. The breakfast area by the office is cottage chic. There were several delicious breakfast choices. Use of free kayaks, paddles, life jackets are available at the office for use on their lake. Great stay!
