Located in a quiet area, our cosy farmhouse is the perfect refuge for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Mallorca. From here, you will have easy access to a variety of exciting activities and points of interest that make this region so special.



Just 1 km away, the water park "Hidropark" promises endless fun, while 2.5 km away you'll find the impressive sandy beach of Alcudia, ideal for relaxing under the sun. For food lovers, the restaurant "la Cabaña" and "Moma Restobar" are less than 3 km away, offering culinary delights that will leave you wanting more.



If you wish to explore local history and culture, the town of Alcúdia, with its charming cobblestone streets and picturesque atmosphere, is located just 5 km away. Additionally, the Parc Natural de s'Albufera, 6 km away, invites you to discover the natural beauty of the island through its hiking trails and bird watching.

Central Alcudia and quiet

We have spent 10 lovely days in this accommodation. At first we were a bit apprehensive about the common entrance with 2 houses nearby but it was alright, good neighbours and we had the privacy needed. The owner also came to the house to check one damage and was very nice. Well equipped kitchen, very nice pool area and barbecue. We just wish the weather was better. The bed is too soft, and the mattress is a bit old. The dishwasher needs to be replaced is not working properly.
