3rd floor apartment, attic, with sea view terrace 800 meters from the beach, contemporary furniture, a bathroom with vertical hydromassage, large living room with parquet and fireplace, kitchenette, bicycles available for excursions. Located in the center near the Villa Flaiani Park, 1 km from the A14 Val Vibrata highway exit, and 250 meters from the Adriatica line railway station. The beach is low and equipped with fine silver sand. At 200 meters from the residence begins the bike path along the long Vibrata torrent that after 800 meters joins the Adriatica d'Abruzzo cycle path that leads north to the small port of Martinsicuro, passing through the Villa Rosa Biotope but in a southerly direction leads to the seafront of Tortoreto, Giulianova and its marina and Roseto degli Abruzzi. Inland just 5 km you can admire the sunsets over the Monti della Laga, Gran Sasso and Monti Sibillini, from the historic centers of Colonnella and Tortoreto, enjoy the excellent cuisine typical of Corropoli with its square and finally visit the city of Ascoli Piceno 30 km or San Benedetto del Tronto 15 km.

Peccato per i vicini

L'appartamento è situato all'ultimo piano di una palazzina ed è senza ascensore. Ha una piccola terrazza dove poter mangiare e di sera è ventilata. La zona giorno è dotata di aria condizionata per cui se si vuole rinfrescare la camera suggerisco di utilizzare il ventilatore in dotazione. Il proprietario ci ha fornito di tutto, dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani al detersivo. Peccato per i vicini rumorosi ai quali abbiamo dovuto chiedere di fare meno rumore.

La casa è bella ma mancavano asse da stiro e ferro da stiro poi posate di scarsa qualità ho sturato il WC per calcinacci un calendario per esporre i rifiuti
